- Room rates are per person per day;
- Apartment prices are per week; the final cleaning is included. (But if the apartment is not released in a normal way, we calculate a fee of 60.00 €)
- The prices are valid for a stay of app. one week for a short stay an extra charge may apply!
- We remind you that a "temporary visitor" tax of 2.90 € will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments. (children till 14 years are free).
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to require the full amount of the whole stay.
- On departure day we kindly ask you to leave the room or apartment until 09.30 a.m. On the arrival day the room or apartment will be available from 14:00 p.m.
