Included services

  • All guests receive a free Val Gardena Guest Pass, which can be used to travel on public transport throughout South Tyrol
  • Free daily entry to the „Mar Dolomit“ public swimming pool with the Val Gardena Guest Pass
  • Fresh herbs from the farm, if available
  • Pick-up from Ortisei bus station upon arrival and departure
  • Guided tours of the farm and garden are available if you are interested
  • Free equipment for sporting activities, including sleds, slides, bobsleds, skis and trekking poles. You will also receive a 20% discount on ski equipment rental at “Rental Peter”
  • Large free outdoor car park right in front of the property
  • Ski bus stop in front of the property
  • Ski room with boot dryer for your ski equipment
  • Fresh bread delivered daily from 7.00 am (except Sundays and holidays)
  • A 10% discount card for the „Mauriz Keller“ restaurant in the centre

  • A buffet breakfast or breakfast basket for guests staying in our two apartments, „Medel“ and „Tublà“
  • Purchase of our homemade products (subject to availability)
  • Use of the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
  • A cooking class with farmer Renate
  • Babysitting service

General terms and conditions

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the house; please smoke outside!
  • Our room prices are per person per day and include breakfast
  • Our apartment prices are per week including final cleaning. However, if the apartment is not left tidy, a cleaning fee of €60.00 will be charged
  • A surcharge may be applicable for short stays
  • We would like to point out that a local tax of €2.90 per guest per night will be charged. (Children up to 14 years old stay for free)
  • In the event of an early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the entire booked stay.
  • Check-out is until 09:30 am
  • Check-in is from 2 pm
  • The tenant is liable for any damage

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:

  • The Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) does not provide a right to withdraw from the contract; however, we allow you to withdraw under the following conditions.
  • Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to the set arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellations made by guests on or after the 30th day prior to the set arrival date are subject to the following conditions:
  • Cancellations made up to 15 days before set arrival date: 50% of agreed total price.
  • Cancellations made after 15 days before set arrival date: 90% of agreed total price.
  • In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
  • In the event of your being unable to take your holiday, please let us know well in advance.
  • We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance
